For the written exams organized at a distance, the teacher may possibly resort to contact by videoconference. This device could also be used to allow you to ask questions.
If you encounter a connection problem at the beginning or during the course of a distance exam, it is essential that you inform your teacher as soon as possible so that your problem can be taken into consideration. To do so, you can either contact your faculty directly if you have received specific instructions from them, or call 0800/35253. International students can call 32.4.366.99.77. The teacher will be informed of your problem and will make a decision on a case-by-case basis on the basis of your declaration and the computer traces of your connection.
If you need help with a computer problem, you can submit a request via the "Student SAM" form available at: http://sam.student.uliege.be. Your request will be automatically redirected to the IT unit (UDI) of your faculty which will help you find a solution.
As a reminder, the audio or video recording of teaching activities - of which the exam is a part - is subject to the provisions of the General Regulations for Studies and Exams and the General Regulations for Data Protection (RGPD) and to copyright legislation. It is therefore essential to obtain the express prior authorization of all parties before making this recording.
Students who do not wish to take an exam are exempted from signing in to reduce simultaneous connections and travel.
